Joana Ifrim Nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards for the Fourth Consecutive Year

Canadian Construction & Engineering is proud to announce that Joana Ifrim has once again been nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, marking her fourth consecutive nomination for this prestigious national recognition.

Presented annually, the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards celebrate the achievements of Canada's most accomplished and inspiring women entrepreneurs. As one of the longest-standing programs of its kind in the country, the awards have recognized hundreds of finalists and nearly 400 recipients for outstanding leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurial success since their inception.

Joana’s nomination was submitted by Yushan Lu, who recognized her exceptional dedication, leadership, and continued impact within the construction and engineering industry.

Under Joana’s leadership, Canadian Construction & Engineering has continued to strengthen its role as a trusted voice within Canada’s construction sector, delivering industry insights, professional resources, and media platforms that support builders, contractors, and suppliers across the country.

Being nominated for this award for the fourth year in a row reflects Joana’s continued commitment to advancing the industry, supporting Canadian businesses, and building meaningful connections across the construction community.

“It is truly an honour to be nominated alongside such an inspiring group of women entrepreneurs from across Canada,” said Joana Ifrim. “This recognition reflects not only my work, but the dedication of the entire Canadian Construction & Engineering team and the incredible community we serve.”

Canadian Construction & Engineering congratulates Joana on this continued recognition and wishes her the best of luck in this year’s awards program.
